Hi, I'm Liliana, a therapist who speaks two languages and is culturally responsive. I support individuals who have experienced trauma and are experiencing symptoms that are causing havoc in your life. You want to improve your life. I offer a safe and caring environment, especially since facing trauma can be scary.
In therapy, I bring warmth, compassion, and humor. We'll go at your pace. If you've been waiting to manage your thoughts and emotions, now is the time to reach out whether you are 18, an older adult or somewhere in between. You don't have to suffer alone. My goal is to help you heal from the trauma(s) so you no longer feel haunted.
Start Healing Trauma/PTSD
When you visit me, we'll work together to heal the trauma and PTSD in your body and mind. We'll meet weekly in a cozy and supportive environment or online. We'll set goals to help you overcome obstacles and learn new skills. In therapy, you'll learn to take back control of your life and live up to your true potential. We can use EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT or IFS techniques.
