Trauma Therapist in San Jose, Milpitas and Fremont

You don't feel safe in your own body, always anticipating something bad, which makes you anxious and upset or unhappy. And your sleep? It's a total disaster.

You try to calm yourself and relax, but the stress and pressure are impacting your health. Even your loved ones notice that you aren't doing well. You hoped to move forward from the past, but now you're realizing that you can't keep feeling this way.

Hi, I'm Liliana, a therapist who speaks two languages and is culturally responsive. I support individuals who have experienced trauma, experience PTSD symptoms, and want to improve their lives. I offer a safe environment. Facing trauma can be scary, but I'll guide you gently. In therapy, I bring warmth, compassion, and humor. We'll go at your pace. If you've been waiting to manage your thoughts and emotions, now is the time to reach out. You don't have to suffer alone. Our goal is to help you heal from the trauma so you no longer feel haunted.

When you visit me, we'll work together to heal the trauma and PTSD in your body and mind. We'll meet weekly in a cozy and supportive environment or online. We'll set inspiring goals, overcome obstacles, and learn skills to maintain progress. In therapy, you'll learn to take back control of your life and live up to your true potential. We can use EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS techniques also.
